Each class is so intentional. I am very much a beginner and they have done an excellent job making me feel comfortable and confident. I already feel a major difference after 10 classes!

I tried the intro class. The club was clean and organized. Mia was welcoming, as was the front desk receptionist. The teacher was excellent, taking her time as most of us had not been on a Reformer before. I signed up for the beginner package, which was very reasonable in price. I look forward to my new classes.

This studio is always clean and convenient to anyone in the North Vienna/McLean and Tysons area. The staff are responsive whenever I've had questions and the check in system is easy to use. Only suggestion I would have for anyone going for first time is to carve out some extra time to find parking as the lot underneath is extremely tight and sometimes requires some maneuvering to park and locate a legal space to park.

I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with this studio and Club Pilates policies. Back story: I am not a member here but am soon moving from DC to VA and hoping to find a regular new Pilates studio for my new "home". I have been doing reformer Pilates extensively for about five years and attend local studios most difficult classes (level 3 at Vida Fitness, 2+ at RTR Pilates, 2 at Reformation Fitness). I am absolutely confident in my ability to safely and successfully complete a level 2 class here, which is what I registered and paid for tonight. I was shocked to be told I needed to take a level 1.5 class there first and then be conditionally approved for a 2.0, then join the studio, and only then will I actually be approved to take the class - all for "my safety" - right. I adhere to rules when there is a real basis for them, but this is a pure, tacky money grab. Every fitness class on earth requires signature of detailed waivers and legal assurances assuming the risk of taking that class and removing any liability from the studio. I am a grown woman with no desire to injure myself (in fact, that is one of the reasons I take Pilates) and can make decisions about what is a safety risk myself. I am not an overconfident teenager. I offered that if I started the class and the teacher felt that I was not competent or acting in a safe manner, I would respect that and leave. Frankly, the drive to the studio in rush hour traffic was riskier than me taking this class after the 100s of more difficult classes I have taken over years. I will find another studio that treats its members like adults. Club Pilates lost a potential long-term, dedicated client today.  I shared this with your corporate office as well.
