Lori, Delita and Brenda are very caring, loving, devoted people. They listen with compassion, comforting warm
spirit. My husband and I are very fortunate to have them. If I could they would have "The
Excellency Award " for there

Many thanks to the wonderful people who took care of my mother in law as she ended her fight with cancer. Melinda was supportive, caring, and compassionate when it was time to call for support. Lori is a fantastic nurse and really took the time to check on EVERYONE in the family and not just the patient. They are a fantastic team and I am so thankful that we had them on our side.

The nurse and the aide to help with baths were wonderful for my grandfather. The BIG problem was when he died. We called their office and told the woman who answer that he passed away and she said she was sorry and was going to give someone a call and get someone out there right away. The doctor called back and told us that we needed to get the deceased out of the house. No one came out to pronounce him. The doctor called the funeral home and told them he had passed and the time of his death was the time we called their (hospice) office. The next morning a nurse was suppose to come originally and we got a phone call from the nurse saying she was coming and we had to tell her he had passed. There is no communication. We went to the funeral home the next day and they still had not gotten his death certificate or anything. The day after he died they made sure they came and got their hospital bed and oxygen concentrator and bottles, and bedside table. After my grandfather passed away was the worse experience with this organization. There is no communication and besides the nurses, there is a lack of compassion and sympathy from this organization. When he was living, the nurse he was assigned to was wonderful and the aide to help with baths.
