StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Harbour View offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I regularly have acupuncture, chiropractor and massages visits and on my first visit I FELT the difference I was impressed with just 25 minute. I also was surprised when I meet the young Lady which was very professional and that includes the WHOLE staff I said to myself I don’t think I will be happy with this introduction boy was I wrong LOL So you know if you are out of shape or have physical disabilities you definitely will see and feel the like you been touch by an Angel LOL
