  Rushed to get here on 2 wheels coming from work! I made it in line at 7:47 PM. The car ahead of me pulled off at exactly 8 o’clock then I pulled up right behind them. Pharmacy tech was rude and told me she couldn’t service me after 8 o’clock even though I waited in line for 13 minutes and it was only one lane open. I explained to her that I was already in line way before 8 o’clock she told me she couldn’t service me because they had put their cash drawer up. I told her that my prescription did not require a cash transaction. She then dismissed me and I was denied service. I came in the next day to pick up my prescription and talk to the head pharmacist about my complaint. He was so nonchalant about the incident and told me that even if I waited in line a whole hour before closing that he still wouldn’t service me after 8 o’clock. This is trash customer service! As long as you’re in the line before closing time, you should be serviced no matter what! Kroger pharmacy needs to do better and they need to understand what the importance of customer service is cause this ain’t it!

  Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. RUDE people will tell you how you are over reacting and how you are feeling. The prices for a drug changed four times and they could never give me a price that matched the price before. They dropped my insurance too how nice of them. Rachel and Bobby both need retraining to talk to the public.
