Wadood helped us out to get our body composition done and Makaila helped us setup the appointment. Both of them were very helpful

My family and I have been coming to this gym for the past 15 years and love it! I love the classes and the sauna. My husband loves the pool. One recommendation would be new gym equipment.

I've been coming here for 2 years. Wadood always takes care of me at the front. He reminds how important it is to have people sround when you're trying to be consistent. W Staff. W Onelife. I'm bringing my friends here.

Things I love, elliptical machines feel really well lubricated or something thing glides nice. Lots and lots of squat racks. REVERSE HYPER my back pain is completely gone after squats from strengthening it on that thing and no one uses it but me 😂. I like the assortment of chest and shoulder machines. I like the pool could be bigger but nice to have. Also some people are nice :) Thinks that are kinda meh, starting way too many people. The price is decent considering other gyms in the area. Some equipment is broken sometimes but they seem to fix it within a decent amount of time. The seated leg curl machine feels like it's squishing my legs a little but makes a good pump. Free weight area always feels a little cramped. Needs probably 1 more leg press and a couple more lat pull down for the cable machines. Things that are lame. If you didn't buy the "premium" membership the Inbody cost is 80 bucks.... WHAT?! Also some people at the gym can be pretty rude and have huge egos sometimes. To me pretty standard commercial gym maybe a little better hence the 4 stars.

Poor Communication, Billing Issues, and Lack of Accountability My experience with OneLife Fitness has been disappointing—not because mistakes were made, but because of how they were handled. From the time we enrolled, we were given incorrect information on multiple occasions. We were told an upgraded membership was required to visit other OneLife locations, which was not accurate. We were also given incorrect information about when the Annual Enhancement Fee would be charged. Three months after joining, we were unexpectedly charged the Annual Enhancement Fee. Because the transaction appeared under **"FitnessSCr"** instead of **"OneLife"** on my bank statement, I did not recognize it and believed it to be fraudulent. As a result, I froze and ultimately closed my bank account, opened a new one, and had to update numerous automatic payments—a significant inconvenience that could have been avoided. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging the repeated misinformation provided by their staff, I was told it was my responsibility to read the membership agreement which had the correct timeframe for the maintenance charges. While I understand members should review agreements, customers also reasonably rely on staff to accurately explain the membership they are selling. There are several simple improvements that would greatly enhance the customer experience: * Display **"OneLife"** instead of **"FitnessSCr"** on bank transactions. * Email receipts immediately after successful payments. * Send advance notifications for non-recurring charges such as the Annual Enhancement Fee. * Ensure staff are thoroughly trained on membership terms and billing policies so they provide accurate information. The gym itself is good, but customer service is about more than facilities—it's about communication, accuracy, and taking responsibility when mistakes occur. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
