  GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Angelica, a hearing specialist who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and ensured that I fully understood each step of the process. This was my 1st time making an appointment with them and it was completely free. She took a good 2 hrs to perform my hearing tests, and demoing the hearing aids. She took the time to explain everything in detail, patiently answered all of my questions, and even provided additional information I hadn’t thought to ask for. Her communication was outstanding—clear, compassionate, and thorough. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Angelica for anyone seeking exceptional hearing care!

  Change in ownership is a big plus. Kelly is great and excellent at working with her clients. She was extremely helpful when serving my mom.

  I have had a hearing problem in my right ear for as long as I can remember. After going to my hearing test, I was thrilled that I qualified for a hearing aid. When I got my hearing aid, I could not believe how much I could hear! The staff at the Sterling Miracle Ear is very friendly and knowledgeable. Every step of this process has been very easy and I am just over the moon thrilled with being able to hear out of both ears now. Thank you Miracle Ear!

  This has been an incredible journey so far. I never thought I would ever hear the birds sing outside my windows again. I used to sit and watch them at the bird feeders but now I hear them too! And it is all because of the wonderful care and concern of Dr. Michael and Ellen of the Miracle Ear Sterling office! Ellen kept in contact with me and answered any pre-appointment questions I had. She also escorted me right in when I arrived an hour late for my appointment after problems with my wheelchair. Dr. Michael listened to my concerns and issues and talked with my husband as to the difficulties I was encountering at home due to hearing loss. He gave me an extensive hearing test explaining everything the whole way through. Dr. Michael then gave his honest opinion about which aid he thought would assist me the most (and it wasn't the most expensive)! I went back today to be fitted with my hearing aids. Dr. Michael explained everything there is to my hearing aids. He went through a delivery checklist then and ask me along the way to express any questions I had for him. He answered all my questions. I go back in two weeks as this is an acclimation process. I love the care for life of my aids! I look forward to seeing both him and Ellen in two weeks!
