We have had few problems and when we did, their service to this equipment has been timely and commendable. We recommend 101 Mobility installing, servicing and sustaining these chairs.

They installed an expensive Cibes "lift" in my new home in July 2023 and it has been out of service more than in service. This latest problem I have been waiting 42 days since they came out and diagnosed the problem and were to come back and fix it, I am still waiting and no phone calls to tell me when, I have to hound them. Being pleasant doesn't help solve the problem and I wouldn't recommend them or this Lift to anyone

The team were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The chairlift itself is working great and my mother loves it.
