  My dentist sent over a prescription on Wednesday. Saturday after several days of waiting. I'm still waiting. 3 trips to pick it up, I'm still waiting. God forbid they call and keep me informed. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

  I have been using Martins in Waynesboro VA with no issues. Switched to Staunton six months ago. My Dr. Called in a new prescription and the insurance company won't pay for it. I called and told them that I would pay the tremendous cost of $6.97 out of my pocket. No the representative told me it is company policy if we know you have insurance you can't pay cash for it and can't fill it. Never had this issue in the past seven years at Martins in Waynesboro. I just paid around 7$ at Kroger pharmacy with good rx.
