- SMSasha MooreApr 27, 20261.0I really wanted to like this office because of the doctor. My son saw the last time he was there but today the experience I had wasn’t good. Got to my Son’s appointment 15 minutes early got checked in sat down to wait, The appointment was at 8:30. Reception was not warm nor did they greet us. The person ahead of me was greeted, and the people that came in behind me were greeted, but me and my son were not greeted no good morning no nothing. Four people came in after we did all four of those people were taken to the back before we were. We sat in that office for 40 minutes and my son was never seen. I don’t wanna make it a racial thing, but it felt racial. Particularly because we were the only Black people there all the other people that got called ahead of us and came in behind us were white. So this experience was extremely uncomfortable and it’s not the first experience of this kind that I’ve had at a doctors office in Stafford County. Is a black woman who mainly goes places by myself I’ve come to notice and we don’t get much courtesy nor respect. This is speaking off of my own experience and from what I’ve seen and what I have experienced first hand. I have only had these issues at offices in Stafford.

I have never left the office feeling like I wasn’t listened to or feeling like he was to rushed to speak to me and not take a good exam of my feet. Highly recommend for and foot care needs you might have.
