  HYROX is a very hard workout. Not saying I loved it but it was a good workout. All of the Trainers that were there were excellent. JoAnne, Sarah, Braden, Steven. Great.

  I would visit all the neighboring onelifes in the northern va region never had an issue with wearing a gator (mind you this was during covid), I come to this establishment & management instantly made it an issue. “it’s illegal to wear face coverings in va” 🤡 I cancelled my membership on the spot.

  I really enjoy coming to this facility. It’s open and pretty spacious. Plenty of machines and weights to work with. They do have classes, a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. I haven’t tried them yet but hope to in the future. A huge perk is they have what’s called the Kids Club for parents to drop their kids off at while they go work out. That right there is what sold me on the membership. Haha. I have two kids and it’s hard to find someone to watch them if I need to get out of the house when I need to. Really enjoy using the aqua massage chairs in the Recovery Room. Staff is always friendly and if there are any issues that come up they fix right away.

  I’ve been at OneLife for about 3 months now and I love it there! The employees are very friendly and helpful! There are plenty of machines for the exercises that I want to do and I can always find a machine even when it’s busy! They are currently renovating and it hasn’t affected my working out thus far. It has a good atmosphere and people there seem to have good gym etiquette. There was a little confusion with my billing so I spoke to the manager (Alex) and he was happy to look into it for me and straightened it out for me. Overall it’s a great gym!
