  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I was very disappointed with the way we were spoken to and treated. The staff did not seem knowledgeable about the medication or how to clearly explain the instructions to an elderly patient. When dealing with medications, especially with elderly patients, clear and respectful communication is extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

  I had an excellent experience at Aquila Family Medical Center. Dr. Yared is an outstanding physician who is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to listen to his patients. Dana, the receptionist, was warm, friendly, and very professional, making the entire visit smooth and welcoming. The office is clean, well-organized, and the staff truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend Aquila Family Medical Center to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality healthcare. Thank you, Dr. Yared, Dana, and the entire team for your exceptional service!

  I always have a good experience at this office. I had some concerns before my appointment today but Dr Woldeher eased my worries. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I’m doing all the labs and tests that need to be done. I am always able to get an appointment in a few days and the wait at the office is never an issue. The front desk staff and the nurses are always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend going to Aquia Family Medical Center.

  I have been going to this practice for YEARS! Have never had a problem with billing, scheduling, bed side manner, etc. Dr. G is the BEST and now I have my mother-in-law going to him too! The staff including the front desk and the nurses are awesome and have been nothing but professional, helpful and courteous - including answering all the questions I have! LOL. I don't feel like just a "number" when I go there. If you want a "good feeling" when you go to the dr's, this is the place! I would highly recommend this practice to ANYONE! :) -Christine T.

  Dr. Woldeher was excellent! He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard throughout my appointment. I appreciated that he considered my input when discussing treatment options and was open to my suggestion about the medication I thought would work best for me. He listened, answered my questions, and prescribed the medication we discussed. It's refreshing to have a doctor who values patient input and works with you to find the best plan. I highly recommend Dr. Woldeher!
