  I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters location, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Abiy. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive and genuinely invested in helping me find the right pair of glasses — not just something that fit my prescription, but frames that actually suited my face shape and size. He patiently advised me on which type and size of frame would suit me best, and answered what felt like a hundred questions I had about different lens options — including coatings and Transitions lenses. I ended up going with his recommendation, and the result was amazing. What really set the experience apart was what happened after the sale. A few days after placing my order, I realized I wanted to switch which credit card the payment was on, since I was eligible for a $75 credit on a $250 purchase through one of my cards. Abiy took the time to help me swap the payment over, even though it turned out to be a fairly complex process since insurance was involved and it wasn’t a straightforward transaction directly with LensCrafters. He stuck with it and got everything sorted out. He even called me afterward just to confirm everything had gone smoothly and that I was happy with my glasses. It’s that level of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer that makes me want to come back to this location for all my future eyewear needs. If you’re in the Springfield, VA area and need glasses, ask for Abiy; you won’t be disappointed.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by my local LensCrafters this morning to have a nose pad replaced on my eyeglasses and had a great experience from start to finish. The store is going through a remodel, and I have to say, the new shop looks fantastic. Mary Tawfik and her colleague assisted me and was able to replace the nose pad immediately. Since I was already there, I asked about getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses. Mary showed me the Oakley selection, and I quickly found a pair that I really liked. I’m a repeat customer, so LensCrafters already had all of my information on file, which made the entire process incredibly easy and smooth. From walking in for a simple repair to ordering new prescription sunglasses, the whole visit took about 20 minutes. Excellent service, a great-looking newly remodeled store, and a very easy experience all around. Special thanks to Mary for her friendly and professional assistance this morning. Five stars!

  Dear LensCrafters Springfield, VA, I would like to recognize Briza for her excellent customer service. I came into the store very frustrated because my eyeglass frames were causing itching, pimples around my nose, and scratches behind my ears. Briza was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive. She carefully identified the problem, helped me find a comfortable frame, and made sure I received a good prescription at a reasonable price. Because of Briza’s excellent service and the care she showed me, I have decided to continue coming to Lens rafters store for my future eyewear need.   Awesome people and place to have your eyes checked. They have all the glasses you need too. My family has been with them for the past 3 years and they always exceed our expectations with their professional and friendly services.
