Receptionist got upset with me for crying over them rudely refusing me a refund for their false advertisement of aspects of the glasses I bought and then tried to charge me a 40% restocking fee for trying to return the glasses for not being what they claimed at the sale. Purple transition lenses do not transition to purple in sunlight as advertised. Office offered to recheck and make me come back a 3rd time to pick up, but not fix the lack of adequate purple transition lens. Deeply regret giving them my vision insurance benefits for the year. Very scammy feel.

Katy and the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful, they also gave me a great deal for two frames. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for frames, lenses, and great customer service!
