The workouts are challenging in the best way without feeling overwhelming, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my strength and overall fitness. The instructors are encouraging, the atmosphere is welcoming, and every class somehow leaves me feeling accomplished. It’s one of the few workouts I actually look forward to. Highly recommend if you want something effective that keeps you motivated.

Her classes are so fun and I feel like I get such a great workout while she adds her own persons touch! Subha is also amazing!! The staff here overall are incredible and I highly recommend this location!

I love attending her classes and look forward them every week. It’s been a month and I’m enjoying pure barre here at Southriding because of Elise.

Emails and phone calls have gone unreturned. Please contact me to resolve this and I will remove this review. Thank you.
