  I had an excellent experience at the Salem AudioNova. The people there were outstanding. They understood my needs and enthusiastically worked together for a solution. I wasnt a current customer but I was treated with respect. They are my new hearing aid company. I highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend, I wish we would've found Jason a long time ago. My husband has severe hearing loss .So having someone you feel you can trust means a lot.

  Visiting my Mom from out of town and I needed my aid cleaned so I could hear out of my left ear. Jason took care of me! Extremely nice guy and helped me tremendously so I can enjoy the rest of my vacation!

  This place is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband has had his hearing aids for three years. They have replaced 3 times, we thought they were broken but come to find out (with the help of these great people) they had never been properly programed. I highly recommend Connect Hearing in Salem VA. The technicians are AMAZING! THANK YOU!

  Jason and his receptionist are top shelf! They are always eager and willing to help as well as very polite and customer oriented. Jason really knows hearing aids and is very up to date on the latest developments to help his customers.
