  The clinical staff were amazing. Kind and patient and explained things so well. Even the people at the desk. The only complaint I have, and this is not trivial, is that they have absolutely no public Wi-Fi which means those of us that have to sit there for 2 hours while our loved ones get surgery, cannot use our tablets or laptops. I don't understand how in this day and age you can have a public place like a doctor's office or a clinic that does not have Wi-Fi

  I do believe that Dr Eller saved my life After Dr Eller did his testing on my eye he discovered an issue that needed immediate attention . After he relieved the press ur on my eye he then notified the emergency room at the hospital and sent me there . I was seen immediately . After multiple testing they discovered a complete blockage in my collateral artery they also discovered I have an anurism in my head So by the grace of God and Dr Eller I am still here . Forever Grateful Thank you Dr Eller Debbie

  For the volume of patients you have, I was amazed how fast you got me checked in and took great care with everyone very friendly and able to explain each step of my cataract surgery. You called me before my surgery in case I had any questions, and afterwards to check on me. A very good experience from checking in to checking out! Thanks to all of you for being so pleasant and caring! Definately rating you a 5!

  Unprofessional and totally unacceptable customer service. Tried for 6 weeks to schedule an appointment, no one will answer any of the phone extensions and no one call you back. I will never try to use their office again. Found another office that answered the phone on the 1st try and scheduled my exam just 2 weeks out for a new patient.

  I have gone here a few times already, and it just isn’t the place for me. They treat your eyes like dirty shoes. One of the workers was trying to shove drops in my eye, while I told her to give me a second. The waits are insanely long, but there are a lot of people. The glasses they gave me were not good, I had to go back multiple times. They kept telling me I will get used to them. I even had to go to a different clinic to get my glasses changed, as I couldn’t here. This place is mainly good for surgeries, but I would skip out on the appointments.
