Busy office where you do not get lost. Everyone is so nice and professional with the testing and interactions. Short wait between each test which makes the time move. Your ride may want to bring a book. The visit is longer than it seems to the patient. I am very impressed with the open communication and transparency in billing. Well worth the drive from wherever you live. And the physicians are the very best.

So sad that I'm going to switch doctors. My eye doctor was fabulous and caring, but just to get through the phones and talk to someone to make an appointment it took me from 11am til 3pm (they offer you to leave a message and they will call back, but we all know that never happens). Then the person who answer only asked for my date of birth, wasn't interested in name, reason for appointment or any other details; just wanted me to schedule me for next available opening in October. Time to look somewhere else ( hahahaha! Pun unintentional)

Summary: Specifically think this practice isn't ideal for families that have 3 or more children because of scheduling policies. Over the years our family of 5 has been treated well at this practice and would not have considered leaving. However today, when we tried to schedule for our 3 children we were told that no more than 2 appointments can be made for the same family on the same day. We're confident we've taken all 3 in the same day in the past, so we were optimistic this was a misunderstanding and asked the office manager to call us so we could clear it up. Unfortunately, on that call, we were informed that this policy was to protect the practice against multiple appointments being cancelled at the last minute and that no exception could be made, even for a family with a long track record of never doing that. I think I understand the business perspective here (missing a chunk of your bookable day is costly) but the customer perspective is terrible; in order to cover for a hypothetical scheduling problem (missed bookable appts) you create a guaranteed problem (2+ days taking out of work to do kid appointments instead of 1) for the customer. If this situation doesn't describe your family you'll probably be fine with them, but this was a non-starter for us and we've moved on from them.

The doctors are wonderful, if you can wait an hour to see them. I’ve been a patient for a couple years and the wait times get longer and longer (with an appointment). The front desk is the slowest part of the whole visit. I don’t know their exact workflow but I know it doesn’t need to take 5-10 minutes to check someone in. There’s usually a line to check in, which is right in front of the door, so folks have a hard time exiting. Again, the doctors and glasses specialists are excellent, but it’s not realistic to have people wait an hour before being seen.

Believe the other negative reviews. In my experience, this practice is a disorganized mess that seems to take advantage of the shortage of doctors in the area. Patients are treated like numbers rather than individuals. I was incorrectly diagnosed with glaucoma at this office, and the entire experience was frustrating from the beginning. As a new patient, I was originally scheduled with a specialist. However, I was not informed until I arrived that the specialist was unavailable and that I had been moved to another doctor’s schedule. I was told only during the appointment that the doctor I saw was not a specialist and that I would need to see one for the issue I originally came in to address. According to the office, the specialist I was scheduled with had an emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, no one notified me of the schedule change beforehand. The doctor I saw ultimately diagnosed me with glaucoma, which was later determined to be incorrect. As a result, I had to return the very next day to see the specialist I was originally scheduled with. Despite the scheduling issue being entirely on the office’s end, I was expected to pay two separate co-pays for these visits. I do not believe patients should be financially responsible for errors made by the practice. Communication with the office has also been extremely poor. Calls frequently go unanswered, and when someone does answer, customer service is lacking. During one phone call, an employee yelled at me, refused to provide her name, and then hung up. I later learned her name was Reyna. I repeatedly requested a call from the office manager regarding the co-pay dispute, but my calls were never returned. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I was responsible for paying both co-pays, despite the fact that the scheduling error originated with the office. Additionally, be prepared for long wait times. In my experience, appointments can run as much as two hours behind schedule. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice and would suggest looking elsewhere for care, even if it means traveling farther.
