  My 6 year old saw Dr. Allen for a plantar’s wart. They were able to get us in next day while Carilion was scheduled months out. Dr. Allen was so gentle and kind with my child who does not love being at the doctor. She took time to explain the condition and the course of treatment, answering any questions I had. It was worth the drive from Christiansburg.

  Excellent experience! Easy to get appointment, check in was smooth. The doctor listened to me and explained everything thoroughly.

  Dr.Allen is great!! From check in to check out the staff is very attentive!! I would recommend Dr.Allen to anyone hurting from foot pain.. Top Notch !!!!

  First visit for an injury. Extremely pleased with the entire visit. Staff was well trained, pleasant and Doctor Allen was thorough and very educational.

  I had my first visit with Dr. Natalie Allen yesterday and I left feeling relieved and hopeful. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, approachable, and easy to talk to. She took her time, asked thoughtful questions, and didn’t rush through the appointment. What stood out the most was how respectful and body-inclusive she was. Her assistant was really wonderful too. She helped me get fitted in my new, fancy boot and was patient throughout the whole process. I also love the office, the feet art is a nice touch and it felt very clean and tidy! 10/10 would recommend this practice.
