I walked into Lenscrafters knowing that I would not have eyeglass frame insurance benefits until January 2027 and was simply hoping to get some contact lenses at a decent price. I sat down with JEFF and he priced both a 6 and 12 month package of lenses. I happened to express my wishful thinking for a new pair of glasses and he said, "Let me see what I can do." I had a limited amount of money in my HSA. The Rayban Havana frames I wanted were not in stock and in response, Jeff suggested a virtual try on. It was love at first sight. I thought that I'd get them in January. No, JEFF went to work on getting me both the eyeglasses and contact lenses at a price I could afford; his words were "let me do the math." I was able to purchase six (6) months worth of lenses AND the Raybans outright! What's more, I am a very high index patient and with JEFF's help, they were affordable. I left Lenscrafters doing the Snoopy/happy dance; it was a blessing and I have Jeff to thank for it. Again, he was magnificent and I am so incredibly grateful!
