- GBGerald BrownJul 3, 20261.0We had my grandson’s eye glass prescription filled at the Roanoke Va LensCrafters . We went back to Duke Eye Center for a follow up visit. They checked his glasses and informed us the lenses were incorrect. They checked them twice and told us he shouldn’t be wearing them. We actually took them to another eye glass facility and were told they were incorrect as well. Returned to LensCrafters only to be told it was within the specs. Unbelievable!! Who would you believe Duke University Eye Center or this dump.
