  I visited Foot and Ankle Specialists Walnut Ave office in May 2026, needing, among other things a new pair of orthotics. When I asked Dr Rubiano how much the orthotics would cost, he said "About $500." When I got to the front desk, however, the price was $625. Didn't like this unpleasant surprise but I went ahead and ordered one pair. The orthotics are fine but there has been additional monkey business with the billing. I paid 1/2 of the total amount as a deposit on the day he took the impression and the balance on the day I picked them up. However I have contined to get bills every month for these orthotics which have already been paid for. I called the billing number, and was told I was being billed for a SECOND PAIR of orthotics -- which I NEVER ORDERED and never even discussed. After a half hour on the phone with 2 different people I was told "someone will get back to you." Nobody needs to "get back to me." Foot and Ankle needs to stop billing me for something I did not order.

  Dr. Rubiano is a wonderful Doctor; a skilled Surgeon and compassionate human.

  I absolutely love Dr Rubiano. He is so sweet and gentle. I would recommend anyone and everyone that has foot troubles to go see him it's worth it!!! He's a very good doctor!!

  The doctor's are ok but the wait time is crazy. They also never return calls when you leave messages. I'm currently waiting over an hour and a half for my appointment.

  Love it there, very professional staff and all the Dr's there are top notch especially Dr. Young
