  All around nice employees very very pleasant to speak with although I did have problems with my scooter renting it taking it out of town for four days. They gave me the wrong battery charger, was only able to use one day the next day the battery started to lose charge after charging 24 hours it still dead but it got resolved after calling many places at the beach and found a retail store that had a charger to match my scooter so it took another 24 hours to charge with the new charger which charged great by that time. it was time to come home.. Mobility did purchased the charger. I did not get to use the scooter like I wanted to Steve said I would get a complete refund, but I only got a partial refund. I’m really dissatisfied about that part but other than the employees being super nice it’s an OK place to get a scooter. I recommend not renting one and taking it out of town if you’re going to rent one use it in town so problem can solve Immediately.

  I love my new Chairlift the gentleman that came was very pleasant and really helped me to understand the chair. I recommend him to anyone Great job thank you again and the company I really appreciate your help. Blessing to all you.

  Jay did a fantastic job. He was on time and had the stairlift installed in just under three hours. He also was very thorough in his instruction on how to use the lift and its safety features.

  Jay was kind, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job installing 2 stair lifts in our home. My daughter immediately started using them, giving her full access to all 3 levels of our home. We are so grateful.

  We rented a Baja Bandit mobility scooter from here for my father in law to use while we were in the area vacationing, and it was AWESOME. He was able to drive it on grass, and gravel, and all over the place in the heart of the city. This scooter made it possible for him to be part of events that would have otherwise been very difficult for him mobility wise. The scooter itself breaks down into manageable parts, and fits in the back of a Honda Odyssey with no trouble. (This van had 8 people AND the scooter in it.) In addition to singing the scooter's praises, the staff here are WONDERFUL. They worked with us to schedule an appointment to pick up the scooter, and showed us all the features/benefits. The people here are incredible. 10/10
