  The best in Botetourt County and the only orthodontist for my family! After a horrible experience he took over our care and it was the best decision EVER! Both kids were in and out of braces in about 2 years with phenomenal results! Caring staff, dedicated to quality, and always available to his families! If you are in Botetourt or surrounding area CHOOSE KAISER!!!

  Kaiser and his staff are amazing. Super understanding and up for a challenge. I have complex teeth who wanted aligners and although he recommended braces at first we decided to just try. His staff is so sweet, including the receptionist. I will say sometimes the wait is long but when you look around - they are all doing something & busy with so many other people. Definitely worth the wait and so happy they work with me & my complex schedule and last minute challenges along with ordering new aligners! Thanks Kaiser!

  Family friendly, knowledgeable and caring...each and everyone on staff from Dr. Kaiser, the hygienists and technicians, to the ladies at the front desk. Excellent care from people who care. Highly recommend.
