  Dr Kaiser needs to stop touching his watch and phone in the middle of working on my kid. Completely unsatisfied with seeing this.

  Poor quality and overpriced. The work was disappointing and did not justify the price charged. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I would not recommend this business.

  It is no wonder why if you ask for an Orthodontist recommendation in this area, so many people will tell you Dr. Kaiser is the best. He does great with kids, takes his time, and knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t rush into the crazy expensive and intense treatments either and that is very appreciated. Another recommendation for Dr. Kaiser!

  The best in Botetourt County and the only orthodontist for my family! After a horrible experience he took over our care and it was the best decision EVER! Both kids were in and out of braces in about 2 years with phenomenal results! Caring staff, dedicated to quality, and always available to his families! If you are in Botetourt or surrounding area CHOOSE KAISER!!!
