- MWMyra WilliamsomJun 8, 20265.0I accidentally dropped my glasses and a lens fell out. So I went in this morning and was met by Andrea. In just a few minutes she had my glasses ready and even took the time for a couple of adjustments that made a big difference in the fit. Andrea is so knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She’s fantastic! I’ve been going here for over 20 years and Andrea is one of the reasons I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
- MDMichael DanchoMay 19, 20261.0I will say, go to LensCrafters. I went to Blueridge for 2 years and have never been treated so poorly. They were the only ones that carried “clips” that took Eyemed. The frames cracked after 6 months, the same exact model (different color) that I wore for over a year. I felt like I was on trial and committed some kind of crime because I use on occasion Walmart eye lens wipes. Not only did the frame break, the lens from day 1 had some funky grey haze. I asked they contact the manufacturer rep or manufacturer and see if this had been an issue before they exchange them Out for the same eyewear. The manager was unbelievable. Lie after Lie to make you go “oh” the eye lens wipe is the problem, I’ve wore glasses since 1st grade - I’m the problem. They are great until you have a problem. I used Elizabeth at LensCrafters forever but wanted “Clips” and these were the only folks to carry them with my insurance. I did not want my money back, just glasses that were not hazy. I’m coming back LensCrafters!!! I could go on about the lack of customer service.

Unfortunately, I lost them after I moved across the country and several days before I was to travel to a family wedding in CO. A replacement pair was made and was waiting for me at my hotel at check-in, just days after I called to explain my predicament. Their attention was not only prompt, but carefully managed with genuine concern and professionalism.
