- MRMr Rolls RoyceJun 24, 20261.0It's being 5 weeks and I have no info from them, they where to order a pair of trial lenses and then call me to come for a fit appointment, its being 5 weeks and 3 phone calls to customer service who can not reach them either, the only way to contact them besides email is going to the store. I never experience anything like this, they are really bad on following up with customers needs, I guess once they make the money for the examination they are good, but I am left with mo final prescription and no trial lenses to finalize my prescription. I wasted my time amd money for nothing and still customer service said they will send them an email.

If you need to be fast (as I did) then they will honor that, but if you need to take your time, ask questions, etc. then they will do that as well. I previously purchased with WB online and while most of those frames are fine, I preferred this experience of trying them on in the store and getting feedback from the staff.

They were especially patient as I relearned how to put in contact lenses, which I really appreciated. The checkout process was easy, and they even handled my insurance claim for me. Their eyewear selection was excellent, and I found a pair I loved much faster than expected. Overall, it was a seamless, positive experience, and I would absolutely return and recommend them to others.
