I worked with Kaitlyn to help me find a new pair of glasses. I asked her to be candid regarding what she felt was a good fit for me and she did just that. She spent a good amount of time with me to make sure I was satisfied. The glasses arrived in the mail about a week early as well. WP is a place where you can get a great pair of glasses for a reasonable price. I highly recommend going there.

So I walked into Warby Parker in Carytown, fully intending to prove my family wrong. "I don't need glasses," I insisted. I only agreed to an eye exam to settle the debate once and for all and to come out RIGHT. Well ...that didn't go as planned LOL I tried on a few frames just for fun before my exam. Everyone there was sooo nice, by the time I left I felt like we were all friends! If you go to this location, look for Nico. He was so considerate, we could tell he knew what he was talking about, and he really cared about my experience. He checked me in, explained everything he did throughout the retinal imaging (which was a new experience for me) and although he had other customers to help, he stayed close enough nearby -and kept paying attention- to continue helping me until I was finished with my visit. The eye exam was easy, thorough, and somehow even fun. The doctor was so kind and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. I even learned my prescription was the smallest one possible and that I could absolutely keep using readers if I wanted. There wasn't a single hint of pressure to buy glasses, I can tell you that! But then I tried on a few more frames. My husband looked at me and said, "You look sexy … those are definitely model vibes” and suddenly, the woman who swore she didn't need glasses was buying a pair! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, however Nico was operating on a different level. He answered every question before I even realized I had one, gave honest opinions instead of sales pitches, and made the whole process feel effortless. The only struggle was trying to decide between so many tempting options! He gave thoughtful advice without ever trying to "sell" me anything, and somehow convinced someone who walked in saying, "I'm not getting glasses," to leave wondering which pair I should buy next. That's talent! Employees like him are the reason people come back. I can tell you, he's an incredible asset to Warby Parker. To top it all off, my glasses arrived in less than a week, and I was told I can stop in anytime for complimentary adjustments to make sure they fit perfectly. I still laugh when I realize I walked in convinced I wasn't getting glasses. Now I'm already daydreaming about a second pair!
