The staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't hover. When you order your frames, they lay out all the add-on options and are very clear about the pricing.
- DBDaryle BrownOct 19, 20265.0For some reason, my latest pair of glasses got significant scratches on the lenses. I've worn glasses for 50 years and never had this happen in such a short time. I went back to WP to ask about what may have been the cause and to see what they could do to help. Fortunately, I was within the warranty period and they replaced the lenses for free. While they said it could be three weeks of so, I actually received my repaired glasses in about a week. Promising less and delivering more is a great customer satisfaction tool.

She has mobility limitations and can't stand for long periods, but Nico went above and beyond to make the entire process effortless. He was remarkably patient, warm, and attentive bringing several frame styles directly to her, holding a handheld mirror so she could see how each looked, and guiding us through choosing both her everyday glasses and sunglasses. Nico made what could have been a tiring trip into a comfortable, wonderful experience. I can’t recommend him and Warby enough!
