I'm a few days into this new routine and my whole body feels the change in a relieving way. I stood for over 3 hours using the maintainer inserts and I had zero pain when I got home. The base package gave me everything I need to be successful in strengthening my feet. I got 3 different types of inserts so tge system eases my feet into the strengthening process. Also, as my feet change I'll need to get new insoles, which are included in the package. I've had flat feet all of my life and most arch support options were very painful. Good Feet's sytem is a completely different and pain-free experience. And I can use my FSA to purchase inserts and shoes. I highly recommend!

I have all 3 arch supports. I “need” all 3. I had already been to a well known and liked Podiatrist. I did get their “ arch supports. I never had relief. I had decided I was going to need to retire. Too much foot pain. Exhausting. I could not tolerate the constant pain in both feet. This was year 2016. “Good Feet” Saved me. I went in. They did their measuring and evaluation. I’m one of those people who took 4 steps in the arch supports and broke down in tears. I could not believe what had happened. Pain free instantly for me with these arch supports. Don’t kid yourself. You do need to go back and get measured and get new arch supports free as you wear these out. I walk at work about 9000 steps a day. But they measure you each time you need to back in for supports. I love the strongest ones of the 3. Feels like a foot massage every moment. I’m one of those people who decided I wanted 3 pair of Ghost tennis shoes. Those work best for me. One pair for each support. Yes you can go with one pair tennis shoes and simple change the arch supports. I have my 3 pair of shoes numbered with silver magic marker 1-2-3. # 1 has the strongest arch. #2 has the maintenance arch. #3 is the relaxer. I’ve worked hard on my feet for years. I’m 77yrs old. Not doing nursing any longer but love my present employment and there is one thing for sure. My Feet will not be the reason I retire… if ever. Everyone has different feet issues. I’ve referred many people including my immediate family. I believe in healing. I am diligent in wearing my healers every day. Oh you can use them in any shoe. Who knew! Addicted to comfort here!
