Worst experience with the office!! twice was scheduled to see 2 different doctors- the scheduling staff does not properly communicate with the office staff. Drove half an hour each time to the office on scheduled times , but was told that they did not accept Aetna supplemental. First time was told that the doctor that I was scheduled to see did not accept the supplemental card, and was scheduled to see Dr Patel as he did accept it. When I did get there was told that he did not accept it either. Worst experience of my life - as I have never faced such inept office staff . Do not go there. PERIOD.

Doctors don't know or don't care to know what is really going on with your feet. Was misdiagnosed twice with this place. Was told i had plantir faciatis and that's not what the issue was. Then was told I didn't have a toe nail fungus that my nail suffered trauma & prescribed a tube of liquid I had to pay for there out of pocket for $60 that didn't work. Went to a real podiatrist and just as I thought toe nail fungus!!

My wife was doing a two week follow up appointment after foot surgery. The Doctor was upset because she did not wear her surgical boot in for the appointment, but she thought that when the stiches were removed, she would not have to wear the boot (she wore the boot in accordance with the doctor's directions after the first visit and for the two weeks after surgery and this was the only time that she did not have the boot on). He indicated that the screw was backing out of the joint and blamed it on her not wearing the boot which was not true but he did not give her a change to explain, he followed that with wiggling her toe excessively....this is right after he told her the screw was backing out. BTW-this is a new surgical screw that they just started using so I am wondering if others with the new screw are experiencing this issue as well. But wait it gets better, after he wiggled my wife's toe she felt like she was going to pass out and told him so, his response as he was walking out of the room was for her to take deep breaths. A nurse came in many minutes later and noticed she was very pale and asked her if she needed and ice pack, the nurse gave he the ice pack and left the room. My wife texted me to come help her because she felt like she was going to pass out. When I got to the room, she was whiter than white pale and her shirt was soaked with sweat and there had been no one by to check on her. This is boarder line Malpractice - professional negligence which happens when a trained worker, like a doctor or lawyer breaks the rules or standards of their job. When this mistake hurts a person, it becomes a legal case. Highly considering a legal case at this point. I have read all of the reviews for this medical practice, and it seems as though you have a good experience or a really unprofessional experience with nothing in between. For all of those who had a good experience I am glad to hear you did but for all of those who have had bad experiences from the from desk to appointment setting, billing issues, or Doctor Issues I can say we feel your pain...literally because we have had the trifecta with this practice. Advice to others, roll the dice because you have a 50/50 shot of having a good experience or a really bad one.

Came in recently for an appointment with Dr. Pica. The front desk check in lady was absolutely horrible and rude. Her attitude and tone the entire time was unprofessional. She is the one who wears the nursing cap hat and has the grey dreadlocks. I will not be back because of her.
