- KEKarim El-ArabyOct 4, 20265.0I had a few pairs of glasses with detached or broken arms that I'd never gotten around to fix (and a couple had slightly old lenses) and they helped me with with those no problem! They have a stock of donated frames they were looking to replace the broken arms with, and fixed the detached ones for free. Walk-in on a Sunday! Stephanie in particular was really patient with me and went over all the possible solutions. I'd recommend them if you need to fix your glasses - or please donate your old pairs to their shop! Thanks, Stephanie!

- FFFosterSep 13, 20265.0LensCrafters isn’t my primary store, but I stopped in the stony point location on a Sunday because one of my nosepads on my frames fell off. The workers in the store were quick to take my frames in for repair and replaced both of my nosepads with no charge!
