  Went in to get fitted for two pairs of glasses at the LensCrafters in Willow Lawn, and picked one up today — the whole experience was fast and efficient. Loved the selection and quality! Bryan and Amber were so helpful and patient, with genuinely smiling faces, which is hard to find these days. You could tell they actually enjoy what they do. Highly recommend!

  Fatima met me at the door and I had a good feeling about her the minute I saw her. She was extremely professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. I would imagine that she is what a model LensCrafters employee looks like. The pleasure was all mine to receive her help.

  Extremely disappointed in this company. I purchased a pair of glasses exactly a year ago and used them perhaps a dozen times in that period. About a month ago, the coating began peeling from the lens making the glasses almost impossible to use because I simply cannot see out of them. When I came by to see if LensCrafters would do something about it, they said there was no warranty and I had not opted for a "service plan". They offered to replace my lens... For more than I paid for the glasses a year ago. My glasses were used once outdoors and a handful of times inside. What caused the coating to fail? And in under a year with minimal use? Poor QC and a poor customer experience. Avoid this place.

  My son is out of town coaching at the University of Richmond and his glasses frame broke. He only travels with this old pair and his prescription sunglasses when he’s coaching or working (maybe rethinking this plan as he cannot see without his glasses!!) He panicked a little but I found this location of LensCrafters online and told him to see if they could just piece them together for the next two days until he’s home. They took his lenses and put them in new frames they had at no charge and had him on his way in less than 30 minutes. I’m so appreciative of their kindness and help. 10/10 service for someone who cannot see without his glasses!
