- LLLatonyaMay 13, 20261.0This center is the Worse center in the Richmond area! When i first started here on of the Tech made me uncomfortable and Questioned me about the placement of my dialysis catheter. Had me upset to the point of tears. Why question me something that you had no business knowing about. The surgeon placed it not you! Your job is to give me my treatment! Not educate me about something you didn't place! The techs are not friendly or not greeting time is not considered you get there early you get put on late! Which causes you to get off late! Like the patients time is not important Patients drinking smoking before entering the building not only i but my daughter witnessed this. One of the home dialysis nurses disclosed to me her mother was a drug dealer?! One weekend i need heparin and the home nurses were rude as if i ruined their weekend no acknowledge of me didn't speak to me or my daughter at all! I felt so uncomfortable at this center! Will never want to be affiliated with them again!
