  He is efficient and quick to diagnose the problems. Went in for eye glass and contacts lenses. All went well.

  I’ve been coming here for 12 years and have brought many customers to this location over the years including my grandmother and mom. I came in today to see if I could get a trial pair of contacts since this office gave me my prescription and the doctor said nope and that they only give trial pairs for people who buy the contact from them. I explained that when I got my contacts through them last year it took 6 months to get them and they still said no. They just lost 3 long time customers because of a $5 pair of contacts. Dont go here, they never answer the phone, contacts take forever, and they don’t care about long time customers.

  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to get contacts, initial visit was okay, was there for a while but whatever. They order me a pair of trial contacts and they said they would give me a call once they were in. That was the beginning of June. I called at the end of June asking if they were in yet. I was told they were busy and would give me a call back. Never called me back. I called in the middle of July, was told again they were busy and they would call me back. Never did. Called at the end of July, guess what they told me? Yep they never called me back. Called at the beginning of August and same exact thing. If you are dealing with the guy receptionist, you may as well just hang up the phone, you are wasting your time. He told me 5 different times that they would call me back and never did. At the beginning of September I finally got a hold of a different lady and she told me they were in and to stop by anytime to grab them. If I hadn’t of called and asked about it they would of never called me and told me they were in lol. I went yesterday as soon as they opened to grab the contacts, no patients there yet. They couldn’t find my trial contacts. I asked if they would just give me a contact prescription so I can order them online and they wouldn’t give me one. My work pays for one eye exam a year and either a year supply of contacts or a new pair of glasses. I wasted my yearly eye exam at this place and still haven’t received what I went there for. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME.
