- EDEdie DeVries2 days ago1.0The condition of this office filthy. Absolutely disgusting. I called prior to my appt. to try to get a better idea of where they are located. (I didn't realize they were actually IN the Mall) I called several times - no answer. The message sd they would TRY to return the call in 24-48 hours. OK. I did eventually find them using the directory in the Mall. The young man behind the counter didn't seem concerned at all. Gave me paperwork to fill out. Why don't they send a link to do this ahead of time? I asked for a copy of the Privacy Policy. They could not produce it. As I looked around, I noticed how gross the chairs & carpet were. There was trash on the floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The same young man did some preliminary tests and then asked me to go wait in the exam room. Not only was the exam room very dirty, but the exam chair was dirty as well. I sat on the very edge of the chair for a few minutes and decided I couldn't go through with it. I got up and before I went out the door, I told him I was very uncomfortable and the facility was dirty. I never had my exam. They still submitted the claim to my insurance and I am in the process of having the claim voided. Putting in a claim for a service not performed seems like insurance fraud to me.
