  Little shady. I won a 4 class pack and they offered a free intro session before getting the classes I said sure! They never contacted me about the class pack, called again asking if I wanted to take my first class. Was excited to possibly try something new…

  Been going since 2024, 200+ classes and feeling strong in core and foundation. Instructors are very knowledgeable in the form. Special shout out to Angela and Sabrina and Missy 🌹💗

  I have been trying to cancel my membership since November. I filled out the form God know how many times and they keep charging my credit card and sending me a new form every month. This is ridiculous I already pay 3 moths without complaining about their inefficient. Class are okay but good luck trying to cancel a membership!
