I've never been able to maintain a workout routine - that all changed when I joined BFT! I love the variety of the workouts. The coaches are fantastic at what they do and make class so fun. And the best part is the community. Everyone at BFT is kind and supportive and rallies together. So glad I found BFT!

Every time I have gone to BFT it has been a welcoming experience. The instructor Katie always provides the best workouts that leave you feeling accomplished!! She’s amazing and so is this studio!!
