  Great place to workout with great coaches. I drive a good 25 or so minutes from Chester to train here. BFT Carytown has a great community and is well worth the drive!

  Hands down the best gym of my life…. And I have been to many!!! The coaches are beyond awesome.. so knowledgeable, motivating and helpful. But the best part is the community. It’s like working out with a group of friends….everyone is hanging out way after the class is finished. Also the work outs are structured, they can be difficult- but there are always enough(sometimes 4-5 coaches in a class) people to help with your form and the exercises. It’s a great gym to join no matter what stage of fitness you are in your life. I might get emotional now- lol. But I love this gym so much.

  I have been a member of BFT since October 2025, and I cannot imagine ever leaving. The coaches are amazing and make accommodations to fit each person’s needs. The 5:05 am crew hold me accountable to stay consistent and encourage me to push for new limits. Also, I just hit my one year kidney-versary 🎉🎊 and I can say that every coach at BFT played a vital role in my health journey.
