Through our HPC 2-Week Rule, if two weeks pass and you are not feeling in control, are experiencing increased food noise, or are not achieving expected weight-loss progress, we will promptly evaluate and adjust your treatment plan. Once you reach your goal weight, we transition you into a structured maintenance program designed to help you sustain your results and reduce the risk of weight regain.

You may not be a candidate for the program if you have a history of recurrent pancreatitis or pancreatitis of unknown origin, a diagnosis of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia (MEN) or Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC), blindness in one eye or severe vision impairment (unless cleared by your ophthalmologist), or severe uncontrolled constipation or gastroesophageal reflux. A thorough consultation will help determine whether the program is appropriate for your individual health needs.

As a concierge clinic, we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we are happy to provide superbills for reimbursement purposes and can submit prior authorizations to your pharmacy on your behalf. InMode Solaria CO₂ is an advanced fractional ablative CO₂ laser skin resurfacing treatment that combines CO₂ laser energy with radiofrequency (RF) technology to precisely target damaged skin while stimulating natural collagen production. This innovative treatment helps improve fine lines, wrinkles, acne and surgical scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, and mild skin laxity. Compared to traditional CO₂ lasers, Solaria CO₂ is designed to deliver impressive results with a faster recovery and healing process.

Most patients find InMode Solaria CO₂ treatments very tolerable with proper numbing. Before the procedure, we apply a topical numbing cream, typically for 30–60 minutes or longer, to maximize comfort. Pronox® nitrous oxide is also available to help minimize discomfort, and a new oral non-opioid medication may be recommended prior to treatment for additional pain management. During the procedure, patients commonly describe a warm, tingling, or sparkler-like sensation, along with brief hot snaps or prickling similar to a rubber-band flick. While the treatment is not completely painless, it is generally well tolerated. Sessions typically last between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the treatment area. Immediately afterward, the skin may feel warm, tight, or similar to a mild-to-moderate sunburn. Redness and swelling, particularly around the eyes, are common during the first few days. Any discomfort is usually most noticeable shortly after treatment and improves quickly with cooling measures and recommended post-treatment skincare. Thanks to its fractional technology and advanced comfort features, Solaria CO₂ is often more comfortable and offers a smoother recovery experience than many traditional CO₂ laser treatments.

Downtime with InMode Solaria CO₂ is highly customizable and typically shorter than traditional CO₂ laser treatments thanks to its advanced fractional technology. Most patients experience 3–7 days of recovery following mild to moderate treatments, which may include redness, swelling, and light peeling. More intensive treatments may require 5–14 days of healing, with 1–2 weeks of social downtime recommended. Many patients return to their normal activities within a week, although some residual pinkness may persist for a little longer. Recovery generally follows a predictable pattern. During the first day, you may experience warmth, redness, tightness, and mild swelling, with the skin feeling sensitive or shiny. Redness and swelling often peak on days two and three, and mild peeling may begin. Between days four and seven, the skin typically flakes and renews itself as redness gradually fades. Over the following weeks, collagen production continues to increase, with full results developing over one to three months. Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and results. Patients should gently cleanse the skin with fragrance-free products, apply recommended healing ointments or moisturizers regularly, avoid direct sun exposure, and wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen daily once healing allows. Retinoids, exfoliants, acids, intense exercise, excessive heat, and picking at peeling skin should be avoided for at least 5–10 days or as directed by your provider. Staying hydrated and using cool compresses can also help improve comfort during recovery. Because Solaria CO₂ treats only a fraction of the skin at a time, surrounding healthy tissue accelerates healing and helps minimize downtime compared to traditional CO₂ resurfacing treatments.
