With an Asian low bridge nose, my glasses kept lowering down my face. Karen's expert hands and years of experience adjusted my glasses so thoroughly that I no longer have to keep raising them. When good service is a dying art, I so appreciate the staff at Warby's in RTC! Thank you, good people!👍

To my surprise, the employee with colored hair said they were unable to fulfill my order due to a prescription issue and she just stood there like a deer in headlights without offering any alternative course of action. I decided to take matters into my hands and purchase the prescription glasses myself on the WP website. And lo and behold, the website fulfilled my order with no issues whatsoever. Bad customer service from this RTC location.
