  It was my first time going to a Warby Parker. I really enjoyed the selection of glasses, how friendly and kind the staff were, and how informative Dr. Desai was. It was so modern and everything was explained very clearly to me. I enjoyed my experience and will be returning for sure!

  I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Warby Parker in Reston Town Center involving an employee named Megan. Her behavior was rude, demeaning, and completely unacceptable. The way she spoke to us, particularly the children, was condescending and disrespectful. Her conduct came across as borderline racist, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and deeply disappointed. No customer, especially a child, should be treated this way. Employees representing a brand should demonstrate basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. Megan’s behavior fell far below those expectations. I intend to escalate this complaint to corporate management and expect a thorough investigation into this incident. I want this matter taken seriously, appropriate accountability to follow, and a clear response outlining the findings and actions taken. I will follow up to ensure this complaint receives the attention it deserves. Warby Parker needs to address this behavior seriously. Customers deserve respect, and children should never be subjected to demeaning treatment in any retail environment.

  Deceptive pricing and misleading marketing on exam fees I scheduled a video-assisted eye exam at Warby Parker Reston Town Center expecting transparent pricing. Their stated exam fee is $95, and their own policy explicitly states: "Digital retinal imaging is included in the cost of video-assisted exams." Despite this, I was charged $134—the $95 base exam fee plus a separate $39 charge tacked on for retinal imaging. When a company advertises a service as included in the cost of an exam format, billing an additional line item for that exact service is textbook bait-and-switch. The staff completed the exam without clarifying that they intended to bill the $39 imaging fee on top of the $95 exam, contradicting their own stated terms. Watch your itemized receipt closely here; what they market and what they actually charge at the register do not line up.
