Watch out from this place. If you choose to cancel your membership, the manger will convince you to freeze it instead. As you plan to cancel it before the date he will give you, you will be fine. However, that was not the plan. They gave you the wrong date, they make you pay another month before cancellation. Bad business bad ppl. Coaches are great. Make sure you read the blueprint before you register and don’t trust the manager

Been going to classes here for a year now and they’re always great! Love Coach Flood. Convenient times for classes coming off of work, too. Glad we found this place! 😁👍🏻

Joined this gym about a year ago for my 11 year old daughter who does boxing and strength training classes. Great instructors and she loves it every time.

It has all the equipment. The couches are all professional, enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. Especially good gym for adults.

I joined UFC gym a few months ago to learn boxing and add HIIT to my workout regimen. Their trainers have exceeded my expectations. Ricardo and Zo provide challenging classes and have a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend UFC Reston!
