- KTKira ThanSep 10, 20251.0Not very friendly. I will be switching to a different pharmacy. A couple of snappy responses from the pharmacist the times I was there. I called over half an hour before their lunch to respect their lunch break, only to be put on hold for the entire ~35-40 min, to be told they WON'T answer my question and they would call me back after. Okay, I would understand if I had called right before lunch but... further explanation is needed if extra items and labels are going into patients bags and on medication. It could prevent them from taking their medication when it's needed or required. It shouldn't be a hassle or an inconvenience.
