You get to see the same doctor every visit: you're not bounced between providers. (If you -want- to change doctors, you will have to be very clear about that. Do it as soon as possible, not mid-treatment.) The office staff is friendly and they do their best to help you navigate insurance issues. Be aware that this Reston office is in an older building, designed before lobbies, hallways, and elevators were expected to look impressive and expensive. Do not be deterred by this! They're very good doctors in a tidy and well-equipped office. Parking close to the entrance has never been a problem.

I really appreciate the way he explained all the available options so I could make an informed decision about what treatments to go with. I also really like all the people that work in the office. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. And the fact that they have evening office hours is fantastic!
