  Disappointing gym coming from the onelife ashburn/brambleton. Saw from photos online that it appeared dated but went ahead anyway. My gosh the place look like something from the 90s or earlier with old machines and not much variety. Outside is a brick building that looked like an elementary school originally. Couldn’t find all the equipment I’m used to. They appeared to add new addition to the right but that doesn’t have much either. Also an outside with a dinged up bball hoop. Again it looked like a school originally. Feel bad for the members here and just left after a few exercises.

  Onelife Fitness - Reston is one of my favorite locations in the DMV, because the staff, the equipment, and cleanliness of the facility. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and personable. Every morning I arrive, Lilo, the front desk membership specialist, greets me with a warm and exciting welcome, which is a huge boost of energy and positivity for me to get my workout started. The equipment and workout space is top notch, machines are in great shape, are clean, and the members put their weights away. My only nitty recommendation is for the club to offer towels for the members like other clubs.

  One life is a scam, the workers tell you that you can quit at anytime but you are automatically locked in for a year and have to pay $180+ to cancel. They lie on purpose to get commission out of you. If you break your leg and can't go to the gym too bad you're locked into their contract. The bathroom is always dirty the front desk workers are scamming you. Would not recommend.

  Great club! Has everything for every fitness journey. It’s very organized and clean. The General Manager Patrick is great, super nice and helpful. Cat the Fitness Director is very kind and very professional. Samier helped me with my memberships he’s very knowledgeable and consulted me to get the right membership. Last but not least, the front desk workers are great, specially Lilo and Levi. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful!
