  Store was clean. Every employee I encountered was pleasant. Big shout out to our cashier Clark. He is such a nice young man - having a friendly cashier now a days is rare and Clark wasn’t only nice he didn’t feel the need to be rough with our groceries as he bagged them. We are a guest in the area and pleased to have found this Giant.

  The Giant Pharmacy staff at 1450 North Point Village Center in Reston, VA are truly exceptional! Every month, they help me manage and refill as many as 14 prescriptions for myself and for my husband. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are professional, patient, communicate clearly, and consistently provide me with outstanding customer service! What truly sets this pharmacy team apart is their empathy and personalized care. Whether by phone or in person, they are responsive, understanding, patient with my questions, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled smoothly. This pharmacy team turns what could be a stressful monthly process into a positive, supportive experience. I am deeply grateful for their care, consistency, and kindness!

  they have always been very helpful and very nice. i read a complaint about it that they had to waitn30 min in line. that is not the pharmacy fault. sometimes the doctor orders aren’t there and they can’t do anything but wait.

  This is a new the Giant Pharmacy greatly improved! New management? Wow this team is excellent. They have initiative, follow up and keep the attempts to call doctors and insurance company going until you get your prescription filled!! They call and call back when they say they will. They work for you to help you get what you are prescribed. Thank you, Giant Pharmacy North Point Reston!
