The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The doctor was especially accommodating and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I wear progressive lenses and shared how frustrating they can be—constantly adjusting up and down and dealing with limited vision on the outer edges. Instead of brushing that off, he offered thoughtful alternatives and explained other options that might work better for me. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure—he even invited me to come back if I decide to give progressives another try or explore contacts. That level of patience and care made the whole experience feel personalized and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
