  Great place to get frames and lenses. Super friendly and professional staff produced excellent results and I got my glasses in under an hour.

  Other people have clearly had a better experience than me. I waited almost 90 minutes only to be told there was a swirl in one of the lenses and my new glasses would have to be remade. I took 3 hours off from work to get my eyes examined and get my new glasses while I waited. I had to go back the next day on my 30 minute lunch break and was told I would have to sign in and WAIT to get my glasses fitted. Or I can come back at 6pm and wait again after working an 11 hour shift and a one hour commute home. I understand jobs go sideways. It was a machine malfunction (that's what I was told), and the lenses specialist told the manager she was experiencing difficulties, so they tried to be transparent. If you work alot like I do and have limited time, just know you might be spending for time than you want to get your glasses. Time is my most precious commodity. I can't make more of it and once its spent, there are no refunds.

  My daughter & I received exceptional service by Danny yesterday evening. It was VERY busy at this location and they had a sign stating that due to staffing, wait times could be longer. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to be taken care of, but during that time I helped my daughter pick out her favorite frames. *No one instructed us to do this, but I’ve participated in a rodeo or two* While waiting, I noticed Danny was running the show. There were 2 other employees out on the floor, but Danny was certainly the standout. His professionalism while taking care of multiple customers (addressing concerns, giving off a pleasant & hospitable demeanor while gassing customers up & making sure the flow was controlled) is a lost art in businesses. I want him to sell an e-course on how to do this. I was very happy Danny was the person who helped us, as he put my daughter at ease and helped me understand the process a bit better. Another employee was very kind to my daughter and also helped brighten her time while in! It’s nice to have a “community vibe” at such a small store. My daughter LOVES her first glasses (that were ready in 28 minutes)! A lovely experience, even with staffing shortages. We will be back and giving recommendations for this particular store.

  I called and checked to see if they could fit me in for an eye exam and they fit me in immediately. I then went next door to the store and they immediately helped me find a pair of glasses that would fit me. These ladies are ALL so helpful and kind. And on the plus side I got my new prescription glasses ready in under an hour. I would def recommend coming here if you were on the fence.
