  My daughter & I received exceptional service by Danny yesterday evening. It was VERY busy at this location and they had a sign stating that due to staffing, wait times could be longer. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to be taken care of, but during that time I helped my daughter pick out her favorite frames. *No one instructed us to do this, but I’ve participated in a rodeo or two* While waiting, I noticed Danny was running the show. There were 2 other employees out on the floor, but Danny was certainly the standout. His professionalism while taking care of multiple customers (addressing concerns, giving off a pleasant & hospitable demeanor while gassing customers up & making sure the flow was controlled) is a lost art in businesses. I want him to sell an e-course on how to do this. I was very happy Danny was the person who helped us, as he put my daughter at ease and helped me understand the process a bit better. Another employee was very kind to my daughter and also helped brighten her time while in! It’s nice to have a “community vibe” at such a small store. My daughter LOVES her first glasses (that were ready in 28 minutes)! A lovely experience, even with staffing shortages. We will be back and giving recommendations for this particular store.

  I called and checked to see if they could fit me in for an eye exam and they fit me in immediately. I then went next door to the store and they immediately helped me find a pair of glasses that would fit me. These ladies are ALL so helpful and kind. And on the plus side I got my new prescription glasses ready in under an hour. I would def recommend coming here if you were on the fence.

  I went to the Eyemart in Midlothian yesterday, July 14th. And oh my goodness not sure how I never knew about this place before! Exceptional customer service, they make you feel like home. Professional and very quick. I could not believe my glasses were ready in less than an hour!!! I got a pair of tinted sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses. Using my insurance I got the second pair for free! Totally recommend them. Not sure about other locations but the Midlothian one is awesome! I'm telling you and everyone I know. They have their own in-house laboratory. Oh, and they give this super cool glasses case that's so easy to open and close. I got a Michael Kors frame for under $130 that my insurance covered, and it came in this beautiful case with 2 years warranty. Million stars!!

  I used a new company for my eyeglasses yesterday. EYEMART Express was great! The customer service experience was amazing! I was able to find reasonably priced stylish frames and my order was ready about 20 minutes after my paperwork was completed! Absolutely great experience! I paid a little more than expected BUT the frames were worth it!
