We were referred to the research team when my daughter was around 3–4 years old and dealing with severe eczema. At the time, over 80% of her body was flared, with some areas broken and infected. Within a year, the change in her was something I’ll never forget. She started sleeping through the night, wasn’t constantly uncomfortable, and could finally just be a kid. She played longer, felt better in her skin, and her confidence grew in a way we hadn’t seen before. What really sets this team apart is how they treated her as more than just a patient. They were consistently kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her. Over time, she built real connections with them and looked forward to her visits, which says a lot considering what she was going through. She recently completed the program just before her 10th birthday, and they made sure everything was approved so her treatment could continue without interruption. That level of follow-through meant everything to us. I’ll always be grateful for the care they gave my daughter. It truly changed her quality of life, and as a parent, that’s something you never forget.
