StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Norfolk offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

He asked respectful questions and made sure every movement felt right. I noticed immediate results afterward — I stood up with no sudden back pain, which is usually an issue for me. I even touched my toes without bending my knees, something I couldn’t do before this session. The studio was clean, and the manager was clearly doing an exceptional job keeping everything running smoothly. My only takeaway is that the cost is a bit steep, but you have to ask yourself why you’re doing it and whether the health benefits are worth the investment. For me, the results made it worthwhile.

Christie got me stretched out and I feel brand new!! The pain and stiffness is gone. I feel so relaxed. Christie is also super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Wish I could give her 10 stars!
