  I love this gym. It had plenty of machines and weights. The staff is always nice. It is a great place to workout. The reason for 4 stars is I wish it opened at 4:00am so I could workout before work and not rush when I got home. The after work crowd at the gym is heavy and there is no parking.

  A friend and I visited Onelife Fitness. We are from out of the area and were looking for a good place to workout. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member to help us sign up. We got a tour of the facility. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The gym itself is well organized and very clean. You can tell that the staff and members uphold a high quality standard. The gym was somewhat busy but not intimidating by any means. There is also plenty of space throughout to accomplish your fitness goals. They have a great vibe at the gym, play good music (not too loud) and overall run an extremely well-run gym I’d be happy to workout at anytime and would recommend to anyone.

  I was in town visiting for my birthday and decided to do the FREE PASS while I was here just for Bryna to say it’s only valid for locals which is false advertising. I even went back to look online to see if I has misread anything but nothing was stated on their site about paying, it literally says FREE DAY PASS. Not to mention, I’ve visited another location in Atlanta, Ga as a first time visitor there. I honestly didn’t feel welcomed from the moment I was greeted.

  One of the best/nicest OneLife gyms I’ve been to…hands down. From the front desk staff (Thomas was especially wonderful), to the industrial-style decor, to the modern amenities (tanning, red light therapy/ recovery, etc.)…this location is always a must when visiting the Hampton Roads area. Wish I lived much closer — would definitely be a regular here.

  This gym has featured one of the most accommodating experiences that I have had at a gym. From free trial classes as well as a very friendly staff, I am very satisfied with my membership at the onelife. The facility in Norfolk also features very nice equipment allowing for a wide range of options.
