  Today was my Introductory day I signed in on line and came to see the The facility when I got here, I was greeted graciously by a gentleman named Thomas. He was very kind and very helpful. He introduced me to the manager to take me around and show me the facility. I was impressed. I’m glad I got the premier package so that I am able to go to different places to continue my journey in different ways 10 out of 10 for me thank you Thomas was amazing very personable and made me feel welcome. Great smile.

  This gym is absolutely fantastic and offers everything you need for a great workout. The facility is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and packed with high-quality equipment. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional service and friendly staff who always make you feel welcome.

  alex, trent, and bryna are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. they always greet gymnasts goers with a smile, never any attitude, are open to conversations, and just overall professional and friendly. along with the gym always being clean, they are top tier.

  Just moved from San Diego to Virginia, and this is honestly one of the best gyms I ever been at! The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they have almost every equipment you can think of! Having three floors is incredible because it’s never crowded so I always get to do my workout without interruption. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good gym!

  I've been coming to OneLife Fitness on Monticello for a while now, and it's easily one of the best gyms I've been a member of. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there's plenty of space whether you're lifting weights, doing cardio, or training for a specific goal. One person who really stands out is Georgia at the front desk. She is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need. Every time I walk in, she greets people with a positive attitude and makes the gym feel like a community rather than just another fitness center. The staff and atmosphere here make it a great place to stay consistent and work toward your goals. I highly recommend OneLife Fitness Monticello to anyone looking for a quality gym in the Norfolk area.
