And, AND this is the second time that I have received shabby service from the named establishment(the one in Virginia Beach Towne Center gave me not only poor customer service, but the glasses broke within three days!) Since I need my glasses in order to operate my motor vehicle, this experience has been highly intolerable. After today, once I receive my refund, I will be taking my business to Pearl Vision center, in hopes of a better outcome. The Lens Crafters that I remember some 20 years ago, was NEVER so unprofessional.
