I called LensCrafters because they are an authorized retailer and spoke with Angela. She was extremely helpful and assured me that she could help. As soon as I arrived she greeted me and remembered my phone call and the details of my situation. She quickly verified that the prescription had been incorrectly prepared. She ordered my new lenses and said she would call me as soon as they were ready. I wish I'd gone to them first rather than ordering online order through Meta.
