Friendly staff and cool gym, Ramsey helped me get a week pass so I could work out while I’m in the area. They have other options if you can’t get a month to month membership, so it’s very convenient. Good equipment and clean facility.

I wanted to hold off on writing this review until I’d been a member for a few weeks, just to make sure my first impression held up—and honestly, it’s only gotten better.
Iron Asylum Gym stands out in every way that matters. The culture here is top-tier. It’s serious without being intimidating—everyone is focused, respectful, and there to put in real work. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, it’s the kind of environment that pushes you to improve without any ego or nonsense.
The equipment selection is one of the best I’ve seen. There’s a huge variety of machines, free weights, and specialty equipment, and it never feels like you’re limited in your training. On top of that, the space itself is expansive and well laid out, so even during busier times it doesn’t feel cramped or chaotic.
The staff is another highlight. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly care about the gym and its members. You can tell there’s intention behind how everything is run, and it makes a difference.
A standout feature for me is the posing room. It’s a huge bonus for anyone serious about physique training, and it shows that the gym goes beyond the basics to support its members’ goals.
If I had to suggest one minor improvement, it would be adding a light dimmer in the posing room to better control lighting for different looks—but honestly, everything is fantastic as it is.
Overall, Iron Asylum Gym has exceeded my expectations. It’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of, and I’m glad I gave it a few weeks before reviewing—because it absolutely deserves the praise.

Awesome facility the staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent equipment good gym atmosphere. I love this gym highly recommended
Been a gym rat for 40+ years. Lived many places, belonged to many, independent & franchises.
Always seems like a choice of either;
- a bougie facility for top dollar $.
-OR-
- machines with "out of order" signs, sweat puddles, disinterested employees & a sketchy, never-ending contract at a chain.
--IRON ASYLUM breaks the mold.
Being a senior gal, I was concerned that it was for hardcore lifters and we average people wouldn't fit. Wrong assumption. Top-notch gear, impeccable cleanliness and a staff of subject matter experts who are enthusiastic and always have time. Missing a particular piece of gear you normally use, sending an email request & a week later its added (freeweight item) is terrific!
Not gonna happen at those other places.
Having had a disabled family member for whom maximum gym time made a major difference in quality of life, the fact that there's plenty of wheelchair-scooter accessibility and excellent locker room/shower access shows management's welcoming mindset.
Gym time IS the answer;
and this location IS the gym. 👍👍💪

Was nice, open and clean. The machines that I used functioned properly.
