Love this club! Clean with plenty of options and friendly staff.
Tim was amazing. We clicked immediately like old friends. He made this the best gym tour and onboarding ever!!!
Best gym in the country! Amazing staff at Tech Center & gym is always clean and updated with the best equipment.
Whether you're looking at gyms or strictly yoga studios, this is THE class you need to check out. In fact, if you are a Onelife member anywhere in the region—even if you're driving in from Williamsburg, Norfolk, or VA Beach—you need to clear your schedule for this.
I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over two decades all over Southern California, and I can honestly say Patricia is the absolute best instructor I’ve ever had. Her class perfectly balances intense physical challenge with deep mental restoration. She infuses every session with so much encouragement, humor, and grace that you leave feeling incredibly accomplished. She regularly reminds us to leave judgment at the door and meet our bodies where they are each day—and then she will literally crack jokes about looking good for 170 while effortlessly demonstrating advanced poses that would leave someone in their twenties collapsed in a puddle of sweat on their mat.
Plus, the ambiance she creates at the Tech Center studio—looking out at the trees paired with her perfectly curated music playlist—makes it feel less like a gym class and more like you're at an exclusive, luxury wellness retreat.
It's incredibly tempting to keep this a well-kept secret, but when you find a yogi this exceptional, it has to be shared. The class alone is worth the commute and worth joining Onelife for. They are incredibly lucky to have her on their staff. Highly, highly recommend!
(Pro-tip: Check the app to confirm, but her current lineup at Tech Center is Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 AM, and Wednesday at 10:45 AM. Go see her!)
TLDR; They harvest and sell your personal data in exchange for a tour.
I came in for a tour of the gym when deciding where I wanted to purchase my next membership. I was greeted by the staff and after asking for a tour they had me fill out an intake form. They asked for a bunch of different information such as full name, address, email, phone number and even wanted a copy of my drivers license. This seemed absurd to me given I only wanted to look at the gym, so when I declined they brought the manager out. The manager immediately greeted me with suspicion, asking why I didn’t want to provide my personal information, and after explaining I didn’t have my ID on me and was only interested in looking at the gym space, she told me that was strange and acted as if I was casing the place or something. 😂 After a short back and forth I lost all interest in even touring the place. Left and found a way better gym. Go to Iron Asylum instead. 👍🏽
