Hampton Roads Child and Adolescent Psychiatry PLLC

Founded by Dr Robert Conway DNP in 2025, we are a psychiatric practice that specializes in working with children and adolescents aged 3-22 who are struggling with mood, behavior, focus and attention, and other mental health concerns. We believe in treating the whole individual, which often involves working with parents, families, teachers and schools. We prescribe medication where necessary, but only as part of a comprehensive treatment plan which may involve other professionals such as therapists. Our goal is to treat each child as an individual, and we do not believe in assigning mental health labels. Medication is always only a part of an overall treatment plan. Pills can help with symptoms, but pills can't fix problems.
