  Very rude and the Pharmacist blatantly lied and told me I was not allowed to personal pay for a prescription if I had insurance. A prior authorization was holding things up. So I called my Dr's office and they sent it elsewhere and it was filled and picked up in less than an hour.

  Short staffed on the day I went, and the one pharmacist there was hustling with a smile! She was awesome!

  The pharmacist Chris along with her staff Gina, Laura & anyone else I may have not mentioned are absolute Superstars !!! I have been with this pharmacy well over a year and they cease to amazed me how professional & efficient the staff at Food Lion Pharmacy!!! I can honestly say through the pandemic & ....toughing it thru being short staffed ....they never missed a beat giving the same quality of customer service ....Thank you all at Food Lion Pharmacy

  When I pay over $100 for a FULL 90 day supply of meds, I expect to get just that, 90 days not 45 because I choose to split my pills! Great people work at this pharmacy. However, I expect to get what I paid for or be charged accordingly, not full price for 1/2 my prescription!!! Shame on you! Mail order henceforth!
