Very rude and the Pharmacist blatantly lied and told me I was not allowed to personal pay for a prescription if I had insurance. A prior authorization was holding things up. So I called my Dr's office and they sent it elsewhere and it was filled and picked up in less than an hour.

Simply put? Horrible. Not only has the pharmacy made multiple prescription errors, including short counts, mixed scripts, and combined scripts in a single refill, they have the most antiquated app I've dealt with. If I order multiple refills I get multiple messages saying my script is ready... but which one? And how many? You must call because despite incomplete information in the app you can't actually get status on any that may have expired. So when I call to get the information, and explain what I need, I was repeatedly cut off. I mean really repeatedly! So when I trued to ask the individual to please stop cutting me off she cut me off again, explaining why, as if that made it okay. At that point she cut me off again and said she cut me off because I raised my voice. Yes, I did. After she had just cut me off again. Then she hung up. Customer service is usually better in more rural areas. Not here. If a manager were to have been listening, as my wife was, the individual, Jennifer, would have been fired.

The people in this pharmacy are simply the best. If you have circumstances beyond your co trol, they are so helpful. I appreciate all they've done for me.

Cristina is a great pharmacist and a great person to deal with as well. It seems like the drug companies are trying to control their medications limits and is making it harder to fill prescriptions now in these times. Overall, the pharmacy is doing a great job! Thank you, too, all of the hard-working people behind the counter.
