The staff (so far, all staff) have been very pleasant, helpful, encouraging, and willing to share their knowledge of this new way (to me) of how to lose weight effectively. I don't know everybody's name yet but all of the NPs, PAs, and techs are all soooooo knowledgeable on how to do Medi Weight loss, and are willing to get me on the right track which means a lot to me on this journey. I'm very happy that my daughter cared enough about my health to refer me to them. Thank you, Faye H.
- SEShannon Willow EdwardsAug 14, 20261.0Everyone was very friendly. But other than that... It took them 3 or 4 tries to take my blood pressure. They made me take an EKG, and ran that a half dozen times because the machine consistently showed the same issue for every patient they'd hooked up to it that week. The whole visit took about two hours, as each person I saw called in someone else to take over, because they couldn't very the equipment to work, or couldn't figure out how to use it to get a reading. I was promised an estimate for weekly costs which I never received. Which ultimately is fine, since this visit didn't exactly inspire confidence.
